Dean’s Tackle.

We’re a well-established fishing tackle shop situated on the Essex coast at Clacton-on-Sea!

The current proprietor has been serving the local & tourist public for the last 12 years; but the shop has stood the test of time dealing as a Fishing Tackle shop since 1968, when John Porter first opened up.

We stock all types of fishing tackle, for Coarse, Carp, Game & Sea. We keep a large range of groundbaits (over 50 types!) / hookbaits / boilies; along with all the essentials to enjoy a good days freshwater fishing.

Our Approach

We have live sea bait delivered daily, and keep all sea tackle & rigs.

Also now in stock are 3 cabinets full of air rifles & hand air pistols. We keep SMK, BSA, Webley, Gamo rifles & accessories.

We deal with all major manufacturers of fishing tackle, and regularly have stock arriving keeping up to date with the latest products available. Giving you the best possible chance when you’re sitting on the bank, or on the beach.
